Private by default: every test runs in your browser. Nothing — including camera or mic — is uploaded. Results live only in this browser's local storage. Camera/mic ask the browser for permission. The one exception is the optional Internet-speed test, which downloads test data from Cloudflare's public endpoint to measure your connection.
